Established 1985 Monroe & Sons has operated almost exclusively with family members Burnell Monroe, founder of our company, his wife Marjorie, and four sons Brent, Mark, Steve and Scott.

At  Monroe and Sons we are unique in that we operate not only as shippers, offering the finest quality table grapes direct, but also as buying agents, serving our customers with personalized on-ground inspection and buying. We provide our customers not only with the best possible prices by closely monitoring market fluctuations, but also with the peace of mind that they will be getting the right quality for their needs.

     Though grapes are our specialty, we also deal in stone fruit, pears, apples, melons and kiwi. We are able to provide our customers with a year-round service on many of these commodities through our on-site offices in Gloucester City, NJ, Los Angeles, CA, Nogales, AZ, and our main office in Bakersfield, CA.
